Cozy Colony ("the game") is published by Nishant Creations ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the game does with your information. In short: it does not collect any.

We do not collect, store on our servers, or share any personal information. The game has no accounts, no sign-in, and no in-app purchases. It does not show ads, and it has no analytics or tracking tools.

2. Information stored on your device

Your colonies, progress, and settings (such as music volume) are saved only on your own device, inside the game's local storage. This data never leaves your device and we cannot see it. If you uninstall the game or clear its data, this saved progress is deleted.

3. Internet and permissions

The Android version of the game does not request internet access or any special permissions, such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, or storage. It works fully offline.

4. Third-party services

The game does not include any third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking services. If you play the game on YouTube Playables, YouTube's own privacy policy and Google's Privacy Policy apply to your use of that platform. We do not control or receive any data from it.

5. Children's privacy

The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because we collect no data, there is none to share or delete.

6. Data sharing and sale

We do not sell, rent, or share any user data, because we do not collect any.

7. Your choices

You can delete all saved game data at any time by clearing the game's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the game.
